Antonella Lagomarsino settled in Miami after 6 years in Chicago. Born and raised in Chile, she grew in a large family of hardware store’s owners, where she developed her passion for the construction industry, real estate developments and customer service. Having gained a 5 years Business Administration degree in Santiago, Chile and an Administration Diploma in Birkbeck College, London, she then gained experience in a chain of shopping centers and importing building materials from Asia, been able to develop negotiation skills and customer service. Lately she obtained the Real estate License for Miami and south of Florida. Enthusiastic for learning about cultures, she spent couple of years living in London and Barcelona and adventured in many long trips that have taken her to visit an important number of countries, gaining a vast understanding of the different needs and customs that different cultures demand. She herself has overcome the pressure involved when moving to a new city or country. A person of integrity, energetic and family oriented her focus is to mitigate the stress involved in the processes of finding a home, selecting a neighborhood, choosing a school and establishing a successful routine.
Margarita was born and raised in Chile. Specialist in Management of Process Quality, she worked in the Fruit Export industry for 10 years. Responsible for the international clients, and human capital management. Keen in her professional development, she obtained an MBA. During this time, she had the opportunity to participate of the Wharton Business School and Carnegie Mellon University programs. Margarita, moved to South Florida in 2004, where she lived and worked for 5 years. Back in Latin America, she lived in Chile for 4 years and then moved to Brazil, to eventually return to Miami in 2016. During these years she worked as manager and as an independent consultant advising family and international companies in Human Capital Management. During the 8 years in South America, she also worked in local communities, developing social work projects, as director of “Taller Alberto Alberto Hurtado” in Viña del Mar (Chile). Here she was dedicated to developing educational support for children with social disadvantage. During her 4 years living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she was part of the directory of the Latin Women Club of this city, and their goal was to raise funds to the support of institutions for the development of children and the care of the elderly. After her return to Miami, Margarita obtained her Real Estate license, which mixed with her experience in business administration, gives her great knowledge to support investors in the search of properties or businesses, that generate profitability and adapt to their needs. Having personally experienced the process of national and international relocation several times, in Lama Group, Margarita supports families and people in the difficult process of arriving in a new city, being of great help both in the process of housing search, as in the adaptation in their new place of residence, including search of schools, documentation, obtaining basic services.
